Our cuisine, much like the Guzzo universe itself, is rooted in the Mediterranean with influences from around the world. It offers a culinary proposal that stands out for its artisanal approach, reinforced by the use of fresh, organic, and local ingredients, prepared daily. At Guzzo, we offer a blend of traditional and creative tapas and dishes, providing a local yet unique dining experience. From our homemade oxtail croquettes to mussels with coconut curry sauce, and original creations like grilled octopus with pineapple and sweet potato puree or Mediterranean Funky Tacos made with cod, avocado, feta cheese, and pepper chutney. Most of our menu is gluten-free, and we offer several vegetarian and/or vegan options such as our Summer Risotto with green apple and toasted almonds, or our Celery Carpaccio with sun-dried tomato, truffle, and pear cooked in wine and cinnamon.
