At the end of 2017 we launched a new charter in Guzzo: with Mediterranean roots, with inspirations from the world. We invited Gastronosfera to get to know it and so they tell us about their experience:
“The canonical combination of octopus, potato and paprika we find it versioned with amusing intelligence. The chorizo releases its essence on the puree (rustic, fantastic) with a double mission: to aromatize with the smoky point of the paprika and to lubricate the whole of greedy form.”
